The Gyotaku Project

Its complete!

I created a 30 page book giving an overview of the Gyotaku project that I've been working on during the past year.  It contains images of some of the prints that I've done and brief details of the process of fish printing.  It is not a how-to book.  Its a documentation of the project which will act a record of the project and may also be of interest to those who want to explore the technique.

This widget gives a peek into some of the pages of the book.

This is really lovely, Jeanette. Since I won't be able to come for the showing, I may have to purchase a copy soon.

Beautiful work - and beautifully put together - the balance, the colours you've chosen - it looks excellent :>)

Well done and I hope you have lots of sales both of the book and the originals. Good luck with it.

Thanks Rhonda. I really wanted a synopsis of the project and thought a book format might do the trick.

Stacy, I'll breathe a sigh of relief at the end of March I think when its all done.

Thank you Ann for your kind words.

Vivien, thanks. It was an interesting exercise, both the fish printing and creating this book. I learn something new every day.
