I'm sure I'll get used to it and as always, it looks different in reality than on the computer.

Anita, I always seem to second guess myself lately, more so on coloured paper.

Thanks Jo. Yes a complement may be just the thing to brighten it a little.

Jeanne, your plate is always full of projects. Good for you. Colours are really based on anatomy knowledge. Where skin is thinner and in shadow, cooler colours appear and warmer in fleshier areas. The lightest tones in highlights. I'm sure you'll do just fine with it.

I'm way behind in the Moleskine project. I don't know if I'll ever finish it and am rather bored with it to be honest. I'll see what I can produce over the next few days otherwise, it may end up sitting in my studio forever.Jeanette Jobsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08935974758134419990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-9832760483052731812009-01-31T16:45:00.000-03:302009-01-31T16:45:00.000-03:30I like it on this color of paper. I joined a self portrait project on WC and dread trying to see all those colors in my own face.

Are you procrastinating with your Moleskine? I have 6 double pages left to do. I had to resort to attaching some previous work in among the new stuff. Felt like the pages were multiplying."JeanneG"https://www.blogger.com/profile/16398758813763335651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-31848326022380932062009-01-31T14:18:00.000-03:302009-01-31T14:18:00.000-03:30This will be great, might want a little purple (co...This will be great, might want a little purple (complement) for the dark behind her.Jo Castillohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00411430042547033972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-34053983754514355452009-01-31T12:54:00.000-03:302009-01-31T12:54:00.000-03:30Always annoying when you wish you had realise you ...Always annoying when you wish you had realise you should have approached a piece differently.
