Just rehashed ones. Thanks for your kind words.

Rhonda, I don't see people taking my paintings and trying to sell them. I don't think I'm important enough in the art world for anyone to care enough or think they'd make money off it. :) But if they do, there's a legal hammer to come down on heads if required, but its rarely required. Never in my case. If something is taken and used for profit, its a different thing than if something is used to learn from.
Jeanette Jobsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08935974758134419990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-15885444749954631692013-10-12T11:50:49.373-02:302013-10-12T11:50:49.373-02:30Like your voice, your art is your own personal cha...Like your voice, your art is your own personal characteristic - I could try to do something exactly like you do it and couldn't. And I think you are being wonderfully gracious to those who copy your work. I hope that doesn't open the floodgates to those dishonorable folks out there to steal your work (it always annoys me to see a work that is copied from another and then put up for sale by the thief).RH Carpenterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05497161758269292809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-44173355512082030312013-10-12T11:23:24.704-02:302013-10-12T11:23:24.704-02:30Wonderful post Jeanette!! really well said. the vi...Wonderful post Jeanette!! really well said. the video was wonderful and i so enjoyed hearing your voice!! and i so relate. i sit and come up with concepts and then log on to DP and see it's been done, but you are so right. whatever the concept, no matter how many times it's done, it's always done anew by the artist that chooses to do it. wonderful work and post my friend!suzanneberryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13702748663139114422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-85640861448042595512013-10-11T22:27:55.570-02:302013-10-11T22:27:55.570-02:30Thanks Nancy, glad you enjoyed it.
Hi Gary, funny...Thanks Nancy, glad you enjoyed it.

Hi Gary, funny isn't it when you hear a voice. Its a bit like seeing a person for the first time when you've talked to them on the phone for months or years at work. You get this image in your head that sometimes matches, sometimes not.

I rambled and muffed a few times in the video but hope I got the concept across reasonably well.

Jeanette Jobsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08935974758134419990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20414780.post-55359239956775902322013-10-11T19:13:26.991-02:302013-10-11T19:13:26.991-02:30Hi Jeanette,

What made it special for me, however, was hearing your voice for the first time.
The clear, calm delivery was well-timed and it was evident you knew your subject matter.
I wish you continued success! :)
Enjoy the weekend.
Sincerely,
Gary.Gary L.
