Life in the rearview mirror is closer than you think....

I was playing with my cellphone camera and trying for an eyes only shot in the rearview mirror for an idea I had for a drawing. This photo is interesting as it seems to show three realities all at once. The past, the present and the future. The photo technically isn't great, but interesting all the same.

And to satisfy the wildlife lovers out there, here's the latest in the Newfoundland animal series. A red fox. Or the start of it anyway. Its about 11 x 14 in graphite. There are a lot of foxes around the farm and the lure of chickens is irresistable to them. I have a sort of mafia-like agreement with them. They get old eggs and dead chicks or other casualties in return for leaving the occupants of the barn intact. So far its working.

Nice fox drawing, nice pix of you, nice glasses. Are you beginning to thaw out up your way? Still enjoying your posts.

Thanks Terry. Yes, its trying to warm up, but very slow this year. At least all the snow is gone.

where have I been? I didn't know you were doing a wildlife series. What a grand idea. You are so resourceful.
