Early winter

I prefer winter and fall, when you feel the bone structure of the landscape - the loneliness of it, the dead feeling of winter. Something waits beneath it, the whole story doesn't show. ~Andrew Wyeth

This is weird - I was just thinking I somehow feel you have an affinity with some of the motifs in Andrew Wyeth's work. Maybe your location, maybe because it's going into winter and the colour is disappearing?

Have you seen his website?

Yes I have. Some of his work is very stark. Interesting stuff, isn't it?
